At SKINLY, product safety and hygiene are our highest priorities. Because our skincare and beauty products come into direct contact with the skin, we are unable to accept returns for hygienic and safety reasons.

We therefore recommend carefully reviewing all product information before purchasing, including ingredients, usage instructions and skin type suitability.

Our products fall under the category of hygiene products. Once a product has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that it has remained unopened and undamaged.

To safeguard the quality and safety of all our customers, we are unable to resell these products.

This policy exists to protect you — ensuring that every product you receive from SKINLY is brand new, sealed and safe to use.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

Did you receive a damaged product or was there an error with your order? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our contact page and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the product, if possible

We will of course arrange an appropriate and prompt solution for you.
