Validity of Promotions

• Promotions are only valid during the specified promotional period.
• Start and end dates are communicated on the website, in newsletters or via our social media channels.
• After the promotional period ends, the discount expires automatically and cannot be applied retroactively.
• If no specific end date is stated, SKINLY reserves the right to modify or discontinue the promotion at any time.

Discount Codes

• Discount codes must be entered correctly during the checkout process.
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed.
• Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
• Only one discount code may be used per order.
• Discount codes are personal and may not be commercially resold or shared on discount platforms, unless explicitly permitted.

Promotions with Minimum Order Value

• Some promotions require a minimum order value.
• If a return causes the order to fall below the minimum value, the original discount may be revoked.
• In such cases, the refund amount will be recalculated based on the adjusted order value.

Product Availability

• Promotions are valid while stock lasts.
• SKINLY cannot guarantee that products will remain available throughout the entire promotional period.
• If a product becomes temporarily or permanently sold out, this does not entitle the customer to compensation or deferred application of the promotion.

Exclusions

Unless otherwise stated, the following items are excluded from promotions:

• Gift vouchers and gift cards
• Bundles or already discounted items

Returns on Promotional Purchases

When returning a product purchased during a promotion:

• You will receive a refund for the amount you actually paid.
• Any free products received must also be returned if the promotion conditions are no longer met.
• If the original promotional conditions are not met after a return, the discount may be recalculated.
